The City of Shoreline’s eTRAKiT permitting portal provides a convenient, web-based platform for residents, contractors and professionals to access and manage their permit and project applications with the City.
What You Can Do Here:
Apply Online: Submit applications for various permits and projects. You must create a login. * If you are a contractor and would like your contractor’s license associated with your account, please fill out the Professional eTRAKiT Account Form and staff will follow up in 2-4 business days. * If you are a homeowner or professional who is not a licensed contractor, please click ‘Setup an Account’ at the top of this page.
Pay Fees: Conveniently pay fees online. Refer to the fee schedule for detailed information.
Track Status: Anyone can search for permits, projects, or property information using the search tools below. Any list of individuals obtained through this search tool must not be used for commercial purposes, per RCW 42.56.070(9). If you log into your account, you can easily monitor the progress of your applications, permits, and inspections on your dashboard.
Schedule Inspections: Once your permit is issued, you can arrange for inspections though the eTRAKiT permitting portal for your ongoing projects. Inspections can also be requested by filling out the Inspection Request Form or calling the Inspection Request Line (206) 801-2545 to request an inspection.
Search Records: Access permit, project, and property records dating back to January 2001. Records between 1995 and 2001 can be found at: www.shorelinewa.gov/permitsearch. If the City of Shoreline records?you are?seeking are not available through this website, please submit a Public Records Request. If you are looking for records prior to the City incorporating in 1995, please contact King County.
